Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Lodevia — the website, the app and the buyer portal. By creating a workspace or using Lodevia, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.
1. What Lodevia is
Lodevia is software for real estate agents to keep their buyer agreements, deals, contract deadlines and record of work. It is a tool, not a brokerage: it doesn't represent anyone, and nothing in it is legal, tax, lending or financial advice. You remain responsible for your practice, your agreements and your contract deadlines.
2. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your login to yourself, and tell us at hello@lodeviahq.com if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your content
What you put into Lodevia — client files, agreements, documents and notes — stays yours. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to run Lodevia for you and the people you choose to share it with.
You confirm that you have the right to upload your clients' information and documents, and that you'll handle them as the law and your agreements with your clients require.
4. The AI features
Lodevia uses AI to read agreements, draft messages, write summaries and answer questions about a file. AI can be wrong. Check what it reads and writes against your documents before relying on it — Lodevia asks you to confirm before it saves terms read from a document or makes a consequential change, and nothing is sent to a client without your approval.
5. Using Lodevia fairly
- Follow the law, including fair housing law. Don't use Lodevia to steer or discriminate against anyone.
- Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or get around its security.
- Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
6. Changes to Lodevia
Lodevia is growing, and features will change. If we make a change that materially affects how you use it, we'll tell you in advance by email or in the app.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Lodevia at any time and ask us to export or delete your data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people's data at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
8. No warranty
We work hard to keep Lodevia accurate and available, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will catch every deadline or coverage problem.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Lodevia isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost commissions or lost deals — arising from your use of it, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
