Privacy Policy
Lodevia holds your clients' files — their agreements, deals and deadlines, and the signed PDFs you upload. This page says plainly what we collect, who can see it, which providers run it, and how you take it with you or delete it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and role. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and stored only as a secure hash.
- Your book: what you and your clients put into Lodevia — client names and contact details, representation agreements, deals, contract deadlines, showings, homes shared or pinned, notes, and the record of work Lodevia keeps as you go.
- Documents: signed agreement PDFs you upload, and the terms read from them.
- Clients you invite: if you invite a buyer to their portal, their name, email and login.
We don't run advertising, analytics or tracking scripts, and we don't sell or rent your data — or your clients' data — to anyone.
Who can see it
- Your workspace is yours. Access is enforced in the database itself, row by row.
- A client you invite sees only their own file — never another client's.
- If you join a brokerage in Lodevia, its broker can read your book (read-only) for compliance. Nothing is shared until you accept the invite, and you can leave at any time.
- Agreement PDFs sit in private storage and open only for your workspace, through links that expire within minutes.
How the AI features use your files
When you ask Lodevia to read an agreement, draft a message, write a value story or answer a question about a file, the relevant part of that file is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the result. We don't use your files to train AI models, and Anthropic does not train its models on content sent through its commercial API.
The AI proposes; you decide. Terms read from a document are saved only after you've checked them, consequential changes wait for your confirm, and nothing is ever sent to a client without you.
The providers that run Lodevia
- Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in, hosted in the United States (Oregon).
- Vercel — hosts the website and app.
- Anthropic — the AI features described above.
- Google Fonts — serves the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
- Messages you approve are sent from your own email app, or — where sending from Lodevia is turned on — through our email delivery provider.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by these providers.
Cookies and browser storage
Lodevia stores only what it needs to work: your sign-in session, your light or dark theme choice, and — if you open the sample map — a flag for the demo workspace in that tab. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping, exporting and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open. Email hello@lodeviahq.com from your account's address and we'll export your book and documents, or delete your account and everything in it.
Children
Lodevia is for working real estate professionals and their adult clients. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
